The Editor-in-Chief is the key liaison with potential authors regarding suitability of possible submissions; potential Guest Editors; and all external agencies and institutions; including all journal policy and management matters; and is the point of contact for authors whose manuscript has been accepted and is now in the copy-editing, proofing and publication phase.
