This database provides the full wording of judgments, reports, opinions, and resolutions of the Community Courts (European Court of Justice, General Court, European Union Civil Service Tribunal), published in the "Reports of Cases before the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance" and "Reports of European Community Staff Cases", with its dates of announcement as from 17 June 1997. Since the 1 May 2004 the full wordings of certain unreleased decisions are also provided. Judgments are accessible at the day of announcement, reports at the day of submission, and opinions at the day the advocate general proposed them. Resolutions will be released only after the parties received them. Documents which are published in the "Reports of Cases before the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance" are accessible in every official language.
